Virtual Assistant (VA) – Sales & Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a proactive, organized Virtual Assistant (VA) with a Sales & Outreach Mindset to help expand our agency's reach. Your primary mission will be to connect with business owners who want to significantly scale their sales through Meta Ads, Shopee Ads, and TikTok Ads.

We need a "hunter" who isn't just good at administrative tasks, but also has the confidence to initiate conversations and present our growth solutions to potential clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Research & Prospecting: Identify brands or businesses active on social media or marketplaces that still have significant room for ad optimization.
• Identify Decision Makers: Find the right contact information, such as Business Owners or Marketing Managers.
• Strategic Pitching: Conduct personalized outreach (no mass-spamming) via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn to introduce our Meta, Shopee, and TikTok Ads optimization services.
• Appointment Setting: Persuade prospects to schedule a "Free Ads Audit" or consultation session with our Founder.
• Lead Tracking: Manage and update a tracking spreadsheet for all outreach history, responses, and follow-up schedules.

Qualifications:

• Sales Outreach Mentality: Persistent, resilient against rejection, and possesses a persuasive communication style.
• Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understand the fundamentals of advertising on Meta, Shopee, or TikTok.
• Communication Skills: Ability to craft professional, warm, and compelling messages.
• Organized & Disciplined: Consistent in daily prospecting and meticulous with data management.
• Result-Oriented: Comfortable working remotely with a performance-based structure.

Work System & Compensation:

• Performance-Based: Primary compensation is calculated based on the number of successful meetings (qualified appointments) scheduled and attended by prospects.
• Success Fee: Attractive additional bonuses will be provided for every deal generated from those meetings. You may join the meeting or review the recordings to track your leads' progress.
• Methodology: You are free to use any channel (Email, LinkedIn, IG, WA, Google Maps). We are looking for individuals who already have their own workflow without requiring additional operational tool costs from our side.
• Strategy Session: Selected candidates will have a direct discussion with us to analyze our agency portfolio. The goal is to select case studies most relevant to your network/expertise to make the prospecting process easier.
